Brittany

After working 3 years as an Exercise Physiologist in cardiology she wanted a career change and made the decision to explore her passion and expand her knowledge in the beauty industry. Soon after beginning the esthetics program, she discovered her love of lashes and brows and quickly realized this was her niche. After mentoring under a local lash artist and then working independently for several years she decided to embrace her entrepreneurial side and founded At Hello in 2017. Over the years At Hello has evolved into a thriving lash and brow bar with the reputation of excellence in customer service, quality of products and expertise in their field.

Throughout the years Brittany has completed multiple trainings with some of the most in demand lash and brow experts in the United States.

Her commitment to continue mastering her skills and keep up with the latest trends has made At Hello and team of professionals exceed the industry standards.

ALYSSA

Alyssa, a proud native of San Antonio, always admired the world of beauty, influenced by her dedicated cosmetologist grandmother. Her early exposure ignited a lifelong love for all things related to beauty. Throughout her teenage years, Alyssa’s interest in makeup, skincare, and the spa and salon industry blossomed. Following high school, she relocated to Austin to pursue an education in teaching.

Embarking on her journey at the age of 19, Alyssa dedicated herself to guest service roles in spas and salons, where she honed her skills in helping individuals enhance their appearance and well-being. It was during this period that she discovered the captivating realm of esthetics, finding a particular passion for lashes and waxing. With a profound realization of her calling, Alyssa made the decision to redirect her career path, leaving her education studies to delve into esthetics. She successfully completed her training at Avenue Five Institute in Austin, Texas.

Alyssa is committed to refining her techniques and providing clients with unforgettable, exceptional services. Eager to push her limits, she actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise. Alyssa’s dedication to becoming a reliable and knowledgeable esthetician underscores her commitment to client satisfaction.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Alyssa indulges in her passion for live music and festivals, embraces the joys of travel, and loves to explore the vibrancy of Austin in search of exciting new spots.

I've been going to At Hello for two years now, and Brittany is the BEST! My lashes still look natural, and they feel soft even when they come out (some other places I've been to would poke my eyes when they came out). The glue is never irritating, and they last longer than any other salon I've been to. Highly recommend!
