Lash Extension Aftercare Instructions

Your new lash extensions are ready for anything! To keep them looking their best and lasting as long as possible, follow these simple care tips:

    • Clean Your Lashes: Gently cleanse your lashes daily with a lash extension-safe cleanser to remove dirt, oils, and makeup residue.

    • Brush Them Daily: Use a clean spoolie brush to gently groom your lashes, brushing from the middle to the tips—never from the base.

    • Avoid Oils: Oil-based products, including cleansers and makeup removers, can weaken the adhesive. Stick to water-based or lash-safe formulas.

    • Be Gentle: Avoid rubbing, tugging, or pulling on your lashes. Sleeping on your back can help prevent friction that might loosen extensions.

    • - Mascara: Skip mascara on your extensions—it can clump and damage them. Eyelash Curlers: Your extensions are already beautifully curled, so curlers are unnecessary and can cause breakage.

    • Excessive Heat: Avoid prolonged exposure to steam, saunas, or high heat, which can weaken the lash bond.

    • Book a fill every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness and keep your lashes looking flawless.

Enjoy your stunning, low-maintenance lashes! If you have questions or need product recommendations, we’re here to help.

Please Note:

Humans naturally shed 1-5 natural lashes per day (with or without extensions), and lashes grow at a rate of .15mm per day. When lashes are 2-3 mm from the lid, they must be removed and replaced at the base to ensure the follicle remains healthy. Excessive grow out can cause stress to the follicles and impact optimal hair growth.

2 weeks is the ideal timeframe where your lash artist has enough time in your fill to get you back to 100% coverage and address all grown outs. Your lashes should still look great between fills. We have extended fill options for clients who would like extra time during their fills.
